    Job description:
    Per diem Residential Support Staff - Join a team of dedicated staff who provide residential support to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault . This confidential domestic violence shelter provides respite for up to 15 victims and their children. The shelter is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure victims and survivors have access to the services and supports that will assist them in recovery and during their safe transition to housing.

    The WRC is looking for per diem (as needed) dedicated, self directed individuals who will have the availability to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays shifts as needed.

    Holidays are paid at time and 1/2.

    Schedules and hours vary depending on coverage needs.

    Availability to work flexible hours a plus but we are interested in any availability during all shift hours

    Education and Skills :
    High School Diploma or GED required
    Valid drivers license an clean driving record a plus
    Spanish speaking a plus
    Background checks will be required

    Policy:
