What is Case Management
The WRC continually assesses the needs of the families it serves, in an effort to address any barriers, hardships, or concerns that preclude these identified needs from being met.
Case Managers advocate with community support organizations to address the housing, medical, vocational, and educational needs of its families.
Case Management Services
The WRC provides assistance with attaining the long term goals of the families the it serves. It connection them to various services to overcome obstacles and resolve issues resulting from victimization.
- Provides information & referrals to assist victims with accessing community services related to:
- Housing
- Temporary assistance
- Food
- Medical care
- Insurance benefits
- Employment need
- Educational needs
- Acts as a liaison between internal and external services
